Shipping Cost: The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the product you purchase. When you proceed to checkout, our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you, ensuring transparency and accurate pricing.

Customs Clearance and Stuck Parcels: In the event that your parcel gets stuck in customs due to clearance reasons, we will promptly contact you. It will be your responsibility to provide the necessary information required by customs (such as tax payment) within 48 HOURS. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to our shipping company's country of origin warehouse. If you wish to re-ship the parcel, there may be an additional fee. Alternatively, you may choose not to receive the parcel, but in such cases, you may need to cover the return shipping cost. We will process the refund for the retail price after deducting the return shipping cost and any extra shipping cost paid during order placement.
